How Does It Work?

We saw a problem and fixed it. The permanent garbage pad construction typically takes 7-12 trades, depending on exactly
what is going in. The Supers who oversee the construction of this component are trying to focus on the main structure, and the multiple trade coordination and elements involved in the little garbage component can cause a lot of headaches.

Step One

Send us your project blueprints. Be sure to include the site address and city where your project is being built. Make a note of any site hazards, access restrictions, or special details.

Step Two

LCC will review the specs and timelines and return a formal quotation for your project. LCC includes all costs for construction, crew, and materials, in our fixed-price quote. We assume that our clients will have rough grade/base prep in place, but we are able to fulfill this component if needed at additional cost over the ROW quote. We will handle the slope, final grading, power-tamping, and everything else from there up.

Step Three

A material payment equivalent to 50% of the total contract value is required to secure a confirmed onsite date. If your team is not ready for The ROW Enclosure construction per the original booking date, a minimum of one week's notice is required. We understand project delays happen. We will work with your team to meet your new dates, but there may be additional costs involved in rescheduling.

Step Four

Onsite construction commences. The ROW Enclosure process works around your team to minimize interruptions to site access. Due to the location of the pads, we are normally out of the way of all other trades and create minimal project schedule disturbance. We handle all elements of the construction from welding to concrete to carpentry to painting and more!

Step Five

Construction is completed and final invoice issued. Our deficiency process is simple and easy; clients and city inspectors may require slight changes. Note that a change order is different than a deficiency.

Why Work With Us?

Our product is niche to the above audiences; we build the permanent garbage enclosures for new buildings (where the
dumpsters will live and the tenants will take their garbage). It is a complicated construction process that involves 7-15 different trades for a proportionally ‘small’ project element. We offer a single point of contact solution through the ROW Enclosure Process as opposed to the traditional model where 7-15 trade parties are involved. (Note: ROW is derived from Recycling, Organics, and Waste).
